I'm excited to announce that we're trailing using GetSatisfaction for our new support system. This hopefully will improve the levels of support that you guys can expect to see from us. It supports all kinds of nifty features such as automatically looking for your questions in the history so that you don't have to ask the same question as someone else. It also is a nice clean interface!
What's more you can use GetSatisfaction to ask questions from many different organizations and companies across the globe and monitor your responses and threads in a centralized location.
